1. Cut cream cheese into cubes. 2. Heat cream cheese until slightly melted. Stir in half the salsa. 3. Warm tortillas in microwave until softened.4. Add a heaping spoonful (or two) to the tortilla and roll up. Place seam side down in 9 x 13 pan.5. Mix the rest of salsa and sour cream together in a separate bowl. Spread over the enchiladas.6. Cover with cheese.7. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes until cheese is golden brown.8. Enjoy!
